Backlog August 2013. Unclear brown body under a huge, creamy beige head. Strong, nice aroma of malt, dry fruit and typical Belgium spicy ale. Very sweet, but the alcohol manages to control it, malty, fruity, caramel and nuts with a spicy touch and moderate bitterness. Classic, well made Belgium ale.

Backlog August 2013. Unclear orange body under an off-white head. Aroma is malty with fruit and slightly acidic red berries. Taste is sweet malt, fruity, nice bitterness and spicy Belgium yeast. Medium body and same aftertaste. Easy likable and easy drinkable.

Backlog August 2013. Clear amber body under a small, creamy pale beige head. Aroma has caramel malt with some dry fruit and hint of alcohol. Taste is sweet caramel malt, dry fruit, warming alcohol and moderate bitterness. Nice, straight forward bock.

Backlog August 2013. Deep golden body under a moderate sized off-white head. Strong aroma of grapefruit and pine. Sweet and fruity taste, malt, citric fruit, pine and nice bitterness. Fine body and bitter aftertaste. Good old classic IPA that tasted great in 2013.

Backlog August 2013. Black body under a fine, dense beige head. Aroma has dark malt with chocolate but unfortunately also hint of cooked vegetables. Taste is sweet and bitter malt with chocolate and coffee. Still drinkable, but will prefer to have it without the vegetables.

Backlog August 2013. Clear golden body under a disappearing white head. Mild aroma with malt and coriander. Taste is a bit sweet with malt, spicy yeast, coriander and a touch of citric fruits. Easy straight forward refreshing, but a bit average and anonymous.

Backlog August 2013. Unclear orange body under a fast-disappearing white head. Aroma has malt, toffee and spices. Taste is sweet malt, light spiced with a fruity touch. Medium body and light aftertaste. Quite heavy carbonation. Drinkable but the pumpkin spice edge is too weak.

Can @ Håntverkeren. Unclear deep golden to amber body under a lacing, firm tan head. Aroma of malt, bread, toffee and nutshell. Taste is medium sweet caramel malt, bread, nuts and generic fruity. Balanced bitterness. Nice body with a smooth aftertaste. Nice, quite refreshing and very food friendly. Not a typical German bock, more in the direction of a Dutch Herfstbock

Backlog August 2013. Almost clear golden body under a small, dense white head. Mild aroma, slightly spicy with citric zest. Taste is sweet pale malt with a fruity and spicy touch. Medium body average aftertaste. Light and mild, but quite OK.
