Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Hazy golden under a big white head. Quite straight forward tropical NEIPA with some bitterness. Refreshing.

Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Unclear golden body with practically no head. Aroma quite typical with funk, some wood etc. and in addition an extra layer of citric fruits. Taste is nice, smooth lambic, mild funk, hint of wood and a touch of citric fruits. Nice.

Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Unclear golden body with practically no head. Aroma like classic funky Oud Beersel. Taste is a bit less acidic than the classic, I think. Not noticing the bark ting really but it’s sure a damn fine lambic. And then I remember the fact that this is a lambic and nor Geuze. This is a nice lambic and as a lambic they use to be a lot less acidic than Geuze etc. etc. Anyway, a very nice brew that I will like to repeat one day with more focus on the tasting than running around from brewery to brewery trying to taste as much as possible before they run out of beer.

Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Pitch black body under a small dark beige head. Strong aroma and taste of dark malt, coffee, chocolate, wood and alcohol. Sweet and warming alcohol. Not too boozy considering 17% ABV actually.
