Dark brown, thin head. Nice chocolate impy and big vermouth. Light body, boozy bourbon, so definitely Boreas base, with the vermouth cutting over top.

Dark brown. Soft malt. The aroma has a fair amount of blueberry, vanilla, some good chocolate, and a fair bit of bourbon. Not necessarily refined, but it is complex, with all those elements coming together. The blueberry is big on the palate, with some coffee. Again, lots of stuff coming together, in a fairly sweet package. The blueberry tartness in the finish, for me, lends a great bit of complexity and character, and elevates the beer.

Pale amber, thin head. light brett on the nose, with a light body. Juicy, sweetish, vibrant taste, some lychee sort of notes, and then there's a touch of brett. It's a fairly unique character, among saisons, being low bitterness and high drinkability with that softness. Neat stuff.

Dark brown. Thin head. The aroma is a bit rough, some fruity notes, a touch headsy. On the palate, it's got a somewhat barrely, headsy note. That sort of phenol from the hockey locker room, with some cleaner. It gets worse as it warms.

Hazy, pale amber. Big leathery accents, with light cider to it. But the lambic certainly dominates on the nose. Leathery, dry, the apple just shows a bit here, in the finish, and the malolactic hits in that context. Solid.

Dark brown. Nice rich aroma, deep chocolate, with some toffee and molasses. Solid bourbon character as well. Rich bourbon and dark chocolate. Soft body, good sweetness, comes across as complex with a lot of dark sugar richness.

Amber, some haze. The aroma comes across as a flabby malt and orangey, gloppy hop expression, with a lot of alcohol. Sticky, boozy, the hop is a mess, and the base malt is also a mess. And everything is a mess, and I feel bad for the El Dorado for being included in this. A lot of bad elements that don't come together.

Dark brown. No head. Shit, that aroma is fantastic. Light toffee, mellow chocolate, rich syrup, light hazelnut, and gorgeous bourbon. On the palate, strong barrel char, blending with rich date syrup, again a bit of nuttiness, mild chocolate. Strong, refined, length for days. This is fucking great. Crazy,

Some hazy, pale, Thin head. Soft pale malt, light brett, mellow hop aroma feels like French varietals but it's probably nothing that crazy. The base here is beautiful, soft.
