The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Cognac-coloured beer with an off-white rim. Acetic & lactic nose, brown sugar dissolved in the acids and wood-lagered; chocolate, dried red fruit, winecasks. Soupy - with a mineral flavour, I suspect DMS in higher concentration giving a shellfish flavour. Again winecasks, dried red fruit and lactic acid - no more acetic. Some acidburn and lots of -thinning, lively carbonation. Less aggressive than some of the Morpheus line. Txs to Stef!

Head gone in seconds over hazy terra cotta beer, still. Sourish nose, as cactusjuice, agave, mezcal, purple gooseberry but also celeri, and finally, recognized hibiscus. Sour tea, tea with lemonjuice, sour berries, lactic acid and again - if less obvious than in the nose - hibiscus(tea). Very faintly astringent, light body, medium carbonation. Interesting, amusing. Txs to Stef!

Head gone to rim in seconds; hazy golden-yellow beer. Intense grapey hops' nose, lunaria, nectarine, bit cilandro. Lots of citrus & citruspeel, some asafoetida. Again green herbs, lunaria, citrus and white grapes. Faint resiny lupulin. Quite hopoilslick, well-carbonated, viscous and creamy both. Long lasting flavours. Not half bad, good NEIPA - the kind we like! Txs to Stef!

Fast gone white head over fully hazy (!) golden beer. Very grassy, peachjuice, herb , dry green leaves. Sweet-aromatic with a faint herbal finish. Again grassy flavour, yeasty; retronasal honey. Feels rather well bodied for 'only' 6%; very carbonated and slick. Nice, absolutely! But I'm all over the joint when it comes to this crazy name. A Helles can NEVER have a haze, Punkt. And then there's this 6% ABV... you need an almost complete level of fermentation to reach this with a lower °Pt. And if it's reached with a higher maltbill, then it's a Märzen, not a Helles!

Medium, stable yellow-cream head over deep mahogany coloured beer; some lacerings. Chocolate, chestnut flour, pastry, smelling sweetish. Taste however goes more towards dry-bitter, even ashy notes, dry wood, dried black chocolatebar. Bitter leaves & -wood, dark grains & malts. Not big bodied of course, but still chewy. Well carbonated, slick and lively at the same time. Nice beer! Was a good idea to take this fabricated-on-the-spot fourpack of the beers not tried in situ with me. Idea for some other breweries!

Very good, yellow head over hazy amber-golden beer; textbook lacerings. Cookies, toasted grains, roadside dry herbs, leafy. Toasted, marzipan, almonds, bitterish leaves, dry gingerbread, cookies' crust, if hardly sweet. Feels better bodied than it probably si, and very carbonated (2 out of 6 bottles purchased exploded during the voyage). Not half bad!

Small white head, slowly retreating over metallic, darker golden beer, clear. Bit toasted nose, quite grassy, also breakfast cereals, gassy. Dry-bitterish initial flavour, with some hops, followed by crisp sweetish malts, if ending metallic bitter. Quite slick, good carbonation. Classic indeed - pity about the very finish.

Draught Huge, dense & fine cream-tan head over red-shot black beer. Intense alcoholic/fusely nose, with wood, toffee, caramel, dried red fruit, and very faint ureum. Dry wood, black chocolate, fortified wine, alcohol & fusels. Again dried fruit, old barrels. Even a slight tongueside acidity. Sticky, viscous, full bodied. Alcoholheat, almost creamy feel. Quite well-carbonated. Excellent Pearl!
