I don't really tick much nowadays. Still enjoy a decent beer just as much, along with the community that Ratebeer originally built. I've not moved to that popular app and never will - It's become a monopoly which is having too much influence on today's craft beer scene.

Shockingly well hidden alcohol given that it’s 18%. Really good. Heavy wood presence with nuttiness, dark chocolate, vanilla and booze in a nice way.

Funny little place, totally it what I expected. Pack d outside on a Thursday night when I visited, but barely anyone inside. As the friendly guy at the bar said, they’ve just got past terrible weather in Lisbon, and now everyone is enjoying being outside. Inside, it’s a weird modern look which isn’t really to my taste, but at the same time the beer is good and the music made me happy too.

I went here because it was one of the best rated places in the city, it for me, it wasn’t at such heights. It’s a little taproom in a harder place to reach. Interesting selection of beers but nothing outstanding. Yeah it’s worth popping in if you’ve got plenty of time, but to me not a top 10 in Lisbon.

Draft at the taproom. Hazy orange brown with a tan head. Malty aroma upfront with overripe dark fruits, berries and dough. Above moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at the taproom. Hazy copy orange with an off white head. Aroma of bread, dough and red berries. Moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
