Bottle, shared with my bro at Cantillon. It pours clear very pale gold with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is musty, damp grain, fairly mellow, toasty grains, some minerality, chalky, spice, nutty, cereal and wood. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, puckering, minerality, fairly nippy acidity, chalky, minerality, floral, elderflower, daisies, tannin, dry white wine, woodsy, hint of lemon, pomelo and sherbet with a super dry, mineralic finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Fun, but up against the others this didn't seem to have the depth of flavour.

Bottle from the source. It pours clear pale golden with a dissipating white head. The aroma is sweet for cantillon on the snout, sweet white wine, juicy, crunchy, fruit pie, vanilla, gooseberry fool, something almost.akin to fresh mint, candied lime, kiwi fruit, tangfastics and fizzy cola bottles. The taste is crisp, tart but not bracing, quite smooth, ripe sweet white grape, German white wine, gooseberry fool, plum, lemon - lime, sherbet, tangfastics, fizzy cola bottles, touch of minerality, chalky even, tannin, slightly nutty, sherbet dib dab and some dry wood with a soft, crunchy white grape finish. Medium body and high, fluffy carbonation. Actually upfront it's sweet but dries and mellows. Lovely depth of flavour and balance. Amazing.
