Bottle from La Fringale du Monde. Hazy pale yellow under a small lingering white head leaving sparse lace. Very bright nose of tropical fruit, pineapple, light resin and some herbal notes. taste is a bit more muted than the nose with a light sweet malt support for a medium bitter pineapple focused middle, Mouth is medium slick with prickly carbonation and a short bitter finish. Interesting profile. 8+/3+/7+/4/16

Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with a nice large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh citrusy notes with some light residual sugar notes also noticeable. Taste is a great mix of fresh citrusy notes with some light pineapple notes with some floral undertones and some residual sugar notes also noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid IPA with nice refreshing factor and plenty of citrusy notes.

Bouteille 341ml. Houblons herbacés perçus en olfactif avec une touche de gingembre. Légères notes d’épices (cardamone, clou de girofle) également avec un soupçon d’ananas. Olfactif complexe mais peu puissant. Mousse deux doigts très crémeuse sur liquide doré pâle très légèrement voilé. Les herbes jouent un grand role dans ce gustatif de verdure. Des notes de poivre, d’ananas, mais surtout, une intense amertume d’herbes et de verdure avec une perception d’alcool un peu plus intense que la normale pour une IPA régulière. Correcte sans plus.

Bottle with thanks to Youri! Pours cloudy, milky dirty OJ, huge white creamy head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is tropical mango, guava, pine. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter. Medium body. Good.

Bottle sample @ Vini Birre Ribelli ’16 shared with 77ship and Tderoeck. Dorée trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme au bouquet renforcé niveau des houblons, tropical avec touches d’agrumes, malt arrive en rétro. Palais est houblonné, herbacé avec un côté rustique et une touche de terreux niveau de la levure. Malt pils, pâle, et en fin de bouche cet aspect très américain du houblon super frais donnant un profil de poudre d’oignon. Retrouve cependant un léger caractère tropical du Vic Secret.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje & tderoeck! 355 ml. bottle sampled @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. Hazy citrus golden, little white head. Nose is weird yeast, strangely sweet, almost sugary with some onion hop. Taste is overly yeasty, strangely mineral, white, base does nothing for me & it totally doesn’t blend or match with the onion hop notes that I get. Body is far too mineral & yeasty.

Pours rather unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is bit metallic, bitter, mildly floral. Taste is full, Sharp, hay, dry, bitter. Not as metallic as the scent, but still a bit’ ok.

Clear golden blond beer, small creamy off-white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: spicy, floral, lavender and thyme, Italian spices, fruity, topical, bit cheesy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, hoppy, little fruity, cheesy, sweaty feet, bitter and dank. Aftertaste: bit fruity, yellow summer fruit, cheesy touch, some yeast.
