Choosing our best Saison à la Provision from Foudre no. 1 and from a number of Chardonnay barriques, we then blended in a large portion of Lambic, imported from Belgium that has been aging at Burning Sky.

Keg at Bottle Shop. It pour hazy bright orange with a decent foamy white cap. The aroma is funky, white grape, gooseberry fool, zingy, hay, barnyard, wood,. The taste is firmly dry, earthy, funky, barnyard, touch of minerals, seltzer, lightly tart, white grape, gooseberry, whitecurrant, cereal, grass, wood and a touch of spice with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, lively carbonation. A classy concoction. Balanced and moreish.

Bottle split at CBC Islington, belated Tipple 10K, from Mad Squirrel HW 18/12/18. Hazed golden orange with a well presented off white head. Nose is citric tinged straw, barnyard esters, grass, lemon rind, dusty fruits, vinous notes, white grape must. Taste comprises gentle funk, stale bread, green berry tang, farmyard notes, damp wood, lemon tinged straw, grains. Medium bodied, fine to prickly carbonation, semi drying close. Solid saison.

Bottle shared at Craft beer co Islington. 18/12/2018. Many thanks to Colin. A translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is soft wheat grains, light horsey brett, straw, crisp lemon. Flavour is composed of sharp lemon, mellow bretty funk, zippy lemon, sharp, mnellow funk. Palate is sharp and airy carbonation. Little lingering white wine grape. , hint of must.

Bottle. RAD Beer. Bright gold. Light haze. Beautifully sturdy, lasting, lacing, white head. Looks boss. Nose has vinous, wet leather and wet wood funk. Sharp brett. Lemon peel. Some pear and dessert apple skin. Some leafy hop. Background of creamy malt. Taste is tart and dry, with a fat lemon sweetness. Mouthfeel is soft and foamy, with a bright lemon twang. Fine carbonation. Nicely juicy. Tart and juicy, with a twang of sweet lemon to finish. Stockpile it.

Bottle shared at CBC Islington - big cheers to Cloin. Well rounded, great depth, soft lemony acidity, a little salt, restrained barnyard funk, melon. Medium bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, moderate woody dryness, some grass, more lemony tartness. Excellent.

Craft Islington Bottleshare. Hazy gold beer, small off white head. Slightly soft and airy palate, decent fine carbonation. Little tired funk and soft lemon sherbet zing. Very light brett. Pleasantly tangy finish. Endearing.

On tap at The Bottle Shop Bermondsey 6.7% hazy orange colour good sour aroma Sour grapefruit aroma. Very good. Good smooth mouthfeel. Good grain bill Balanced. Subtle and really very good. Like a good gueze lambic. Some sweetness.

On tap @ What's Brewing 18, as Burning Sky Cuvée 2018. Pours hazy yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of wine grapes, white currants, sour candy, as well as hay and bretty wooden notes. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes, with hay, white currants and berries, sour candy and pez, as well as tannins, bretty farmhouse notes and white wine barrels.
