We’ve shaken up traditional tastes by brewing a spiced Belgian-style wheat ale with real orange, lemon and lime peels, and then added a little coriander spice to the mix. This uniquely-crafted and award-winning ale is unfiltered to create a brew that is naturally cloudy with a light golden color and a smooth, refreshing finish.

ALright colour, pours with a decent head but there really isn’t much substance after that. If only Anheuser spent a little less on marketing and a little more on brewing... step away from the mediocre. tall can in Toronto

Can: Poured a slightly hazy light orangey color ale with a nice foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma of coriander and orange peel is more pronounced then I had expected and quite nice. Taste is a refreshing mix with loads of orange peel notes with light wheat malt base. Body is light for style with good carbonation. Better then expected though malt base is too thin and watery and coriander is overshadowed by orange peel notes.

12 oz can purchased somewhere in Lake Okoboji, Iowa. Pour is a hazed yellow golden with a pure white one inch head that falls with loose bubbles. Aroma is softly sweet citrus spice, along with a sort of dull wheat malt character. The sweetness has a bit of "smarties" candies to it. The taste simple sweet citrus spice, with a clean light wheat body. The orange peel citrus comes out some as it warms. The yeast is subdued. The palate is light to almost watery, though it has a decent mouthfeel. Overall, its clean and refreshing though perhaps a bit simple for my liking in a Wit.

Not a bad Belgian wit and a highly drinkable brew in a bar setting - okay cloudy body with little head, decent soft wit taste with a modest mouthfeel that makes it refreshing. A good summer drink.

Enjoyed on tap at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, OH while taking in a Braves vs. Reds game. Appearance a dark orange hue with a thin white head. Aroma of orange peel and straw wheat, light in smell. Taste is like Blue Moon with the whole orange peel flavor but maybe a little more malty, not as refreshing, decent for a ball game.

Hazy yellow appearance, small whitish foamy head, moldy flavor, mild carbonation, sweetish taste, abrupt finish. Not a very good witbier.

New at the LCBO for the summer 2011, in cans. A witbier that is not only made with coriander and orange zest, but with lemon and lime zest as well. I guess it is imported by Labatt here in Canada, as it says by them on the LCBO site. Pours a hazy golden colour with a big frothy white head that lasts a while and creates decent lace. A light orange hue is seen. Mild citrus nose with hints of wheat. Again, mild orange flavour with not much bite. Refreshing overall, but lacking the spices and kick I was expecting from a real witbier.

A piss-poor Blue Moon clone. And I mean that. I would prefer Blue Moon over this AB swill any day. Pours fizzy and thin, smells like burnt hair, tastes like seltzer water served in a still-soapy bar glass. Helps reinforce the AB corporate motto: "Like Beer? We Don’t." (5/29/08)
