In the realm of all that is tart and sour, Jelly King reigns supreme.
Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a can near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification.
What it smells like, what it tastes like, what it looks like: Jelly King combines bright and juicy hop aromatics with a refreshingly tart base, and is bursting with notes of fuzzy peach, tangerine, and grapefruit.

Beaverfest Day 1. Keg. Hazy yellow gold beer, no head. Palate is light and dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Nice light candy lemon. Some tangy lemon and a trace of candy fruits. Light dry crisp finish. Interesting.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, Day Juan, 08/09/17. Hazed yellow to gold with a decent off white cap. Nose is pissy citrics, tarte orange, grains, balsa wood, lemon rind, light hop tones. Taste comprises grass, funk, citric tinged straw, hop bite, sharp citric peel, peach. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic flicker and some background hop. Decent refreshing sour.

Tap@Beavertown Extravaganza 2017, London - golden pour with white head. Medium sour fruity with notes of citrus fruits, prominent tangerine, some peach, nice delicate subtle hoppy, tart fruity close.

Draft @ Beavertown Extravaganza'17. Dorée trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme au bouquet citrique marqué, qcq effets de levure et note farineuse en retrait, sour kettel like, monodimensionnelle avec un petit côté menthe sur la fin. Palais est aigrelet, lactique et citrique. Effet de bonbon Napoléon avec un effet menthe sur la fin. Grinçant et râpeux sur la fin, petit touche verte sur la fin. L'effet citra reste un peu caché et discret sur la fin.

(thanks for sharing!) Sampled draft @ The Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Day 1. Hazy citrus. Nose is white grape hop, cheesy sour, lovely sour hops. Basic sour with lovely white grape hops, low soap, acidic, puckering cheesy hops. Nose is lovely sour hops. Simple but I love me some hoppy sour.
