3/8/2022. Cask at GBBF 2022, day 2. Pours clear straw gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, hop, stone fruits, flowers, orange. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Oily, soft carbonation. Dry with a hint of honey to finish. Nice looking beer and pretty decent overall. Also 17/7/2025. Cask at The Lord Nelson, Oakham. See photo.

Keg at The Old Custom House, Padstow. Aroma of the sea. Lasting nitro foam. Not 100% my style of beer but respect for it's interesting complexity here.

Cask at The Bucket Of Blood, Phillack. Nice best bitter smell with notes of apple. Mahogany look. Not that much flavour but light and fresh.

Cask at The Ship Inn, Mousehole. Not much aroma. Gold. Quite a grippy grassy bitterness. Pleasingly English.

Bottle, 11C. Black, a cm of light tan head. Roast, coffee and light bread aroma, some molasses. Light but creamy. Lots of coffee, more singed sugars than roast, really decisive bitterness at the end. Refreshing, involving.
