On draught at the Columbus location. The beer pours a cloudy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that burns away quickly. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. Mild citrus and spices in the nose. Light body with flavors of citrus and spice plus some mild wheat. The finish is clean and fruity with a lightly spiced aftertaste that does not linger long. Average overall.

On tap...The bartender claimed this to be their strongest beer on tap at 6%...stronger than their Firestone produced IPA...he claims. Pours pailest of yellows, with a slight haze and a white fading head. Aroma is, well, non-existent, maybe some unidentifiable gains. Aroma is clean, with grains and light citrus, and not much else (either good or bad). Alcohol is barely noticeable, but 6% seems optimistic. Fizzy.

On tap... Proudly proclaimed by the bartender as a Shock Top competitor...ohwegahd!...Pours a hazed orange to golden color with a fading white head. Aroma is spicy with coriander and orange citrus peel with maybe a hint of rye. Taste is ordinary wheat beer with notes of orange soda, coriander, spices and tea. Fizzy and bone dry mouthfeel...basic, but flavorful...

Draft. On nitro. Creamy, lasting head (as would be expected on nitro) atop a dark brown body. Pleasant aroma of chocolate milk, coffee, caramel, roast. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter — far less bitterness than lots of porters. Light to medium body with a nice, creamy texture and soft carbonation. An enjoyable porter, though well on the sweet side. A little more bitterness in the finish would have helped the balance.

Draft. Light yellow body with a short white head that disappears. The weak aroma is malty with some hints of herbs. The flavor is moderately sweet. The bitterness doesn’t show up until the finish and even then, it is only light. The finish stays lightly to moderately sweet. Light to medium body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Hop profile seems way too subdued, letting the sweetness dominate. Not near as crisp as expected.
