Bottle at the White Horse. Cloudy orange blond colour with big white head. Aroma is a bit weird, but nice. Something savoury in there. Creamy fruity, strawberries and cream, bit citrus, floral. Taste is very fruity, citrus passion fruit, mango, touch of sourness. Spritzy in the mouth. Lots of creamy malt and lots of fruit with a long lasting orange fruity creamy finish. Very nice, not sure why it has such a low score. Very refreshing.

Bottle split at the pre GBBF Shindig '18, thanks, 04/08/18 - as Winter Solstice. Rich chestnut brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is biscuit, fruit rinds, nutty, herb, light orange, spice. Taste comprises dusty fruits, biscuit, cinnamon, caramel, light spice, brown bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so.

12oz bottle pours a caramel amber with some sticky, off white head. Nose has caramel, spice, feet, paper. Flavor is OK, caramel, spice, fruit cake, some amber malt. Finishes mercifully dry.

Bottle thanks to MagicDave. It pours hazy deep red - brown with a small beige head. The aroma is very spicy, cinnamon, festive, candy, cola, sugary, sticky, oily, fruit cake and brown bread. The taste is bitter - sweet, oily, sticky, candy, toffee spice, festive, cola, earth, damp leaves and graininess with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty bolloxed spiced beer. Ho-hum.

Batch 2 Barrel #224. Pours a murky dark orange color with a medium frothy white head that recedes steadily to a dense film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart fruit, oak and malt. Medium body with flavors of mildly tart berries and cherries, oak and yeast. The finish is mildly sour with a cherry aftertaste. Pretty approachable and decent Sour overall.
