Bottle at home, from Cider Incider, 18/06/22. Lighter shade of golden with a thin off white covering. Nose is bitter sweet apple, sugars, caramel, oak, tannins, light herb. Taste comprises sweet apple, sugars, light pear, oak, vinous, orchard wood, caramelised apples. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Not bad.

500 ml bottle, from Hos Walter, Ebeltoft. ABV is 5.9%. Deep golden colour, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Nice aroma of English cider apples and oak, a hint of sulphites. Slightly dry flavour, English cider apples and oak again, noticeable tannins, moderately astringent and bitter.

Bottle. Clear golden body with steady carbonation. Aroma of pear, cloudy lemonade and a hint of whisky. Flavour of lemon and a subtle white wine vinegar finish. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. Dry and crisp. Really good.

Bottle from Steengaard, Beder. Clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry, light green apples, red apples and light fruity. Flavor is medium sweet. Dry finish. 130821

1 liter flacon, from English Heritage Shop. ABV is 4.0%. Shared with Holmen1 and Holmen2, sampled both cold and warm. Slightly hazy orange colour, still. Aroma of apples and spices. Flavour also of apples and Christmas spices, fairly sweet, thin mouthfeel. Better served warm, as expected.

Romjulstreff på Bjørnøy med seremonimesteren og skibsrederen 28.12.20: først ut er denne litersflasken med hank. Deilig aroma og smak med julekrydder (særlig kanel), epler og rosiner. Slank munnfølelse naturligvis, men rikelig med smak. Vi smakte den både kald og varm (ca. 50c), og oppvarmet ble naturligvis inntrykkene endea tydeligere. Oransjegylden farge med litt storboblet skum. Meget velegnet til julefestivitas. Flasken var pstordre fra The English Heritage Web Shop.

Bottle shared with JMD and SM at Bjørnøy 28.12.20. Tasted both chilled and warm. Cloudy peach colour. Some head. Excellent aroma and taste of cider, mulled wine spices, rasins and fresh apples. Uncarbonated.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Ocado I think. Pours clear orange-gold. Light to medium sweet flavour with nice dried out apple character, a little musty cellar, subtle bitter apple peel, a nip of funk. Medium bodied. Drying finish, more aged apples, musty funk. Solid.
