Bottle. Looks like mouthwash. Leafy bandaid aroma with copper. Pale lager flavor with light notes of chlorine and rubber. Thin sparkly. Thankful hardly any aftertaste. Spock would use his death grip on the brewer for this one.

Keg at National Beer Hall, Calgary. It pours clear amber, with a thin off-white head. The nose is pine, resin, leaf, toast and some underlying caramel sweetness. The taste is caramel, sweet dark fruit, faint tanginess, pine, resin, leaf and toast, with a dry finish. Medium body, average carbonation and somewhat sticky mouth-feel. Hides alcohol well. Not bad

On tap at GCBF. Pours a very dark brown with little head. Aroma and taste of roasted malts. Not much else. A simple dark brown ale.

Bottle - Chocolate, cherries and an alcohol finish. Opaque black with a thin brown head. Rich and smooth, dark chocolate and sour cherries. Nicely balanced, but not something you could have more than 1 of. A great desert beer.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear dark orange amber with a small creamy beige head. Aroma of nuts, some dark fruits and English malt - pretty subtle nose. Flavour of English malt, nuts, toffee and a slight astringency. Decent, but nothing special here.
