Wee bottle from the source. It pours clear super pale greenish - gold with no head. The aroma is earthy, nutty, apple skin, juicy, ripe tangy apple, dried apple, honey like sweetness, dessert apple, touch of vanilla custard, splash of white wine and dry oak. The taste is firm and dry upfront, pleasing oak tannins before it sweetens up a bit, slick and fruity, lovely ripe apple vibes, crunchy, crispy, sweet dessert apple, boiled sweets, English white wine, light melon, pear and limited alcohol presence (dangerous!), drying up through the finish. Medium body and slick, slightly oily mouth-feel. Can't help but love it. Feel subtle, restrained initially, but that's mostly because of the great balance. Dangerously drinkable.
