Description
Alexander Keith's beer has been raised in Nova Scotia since 1820. It's a province where the water informs every aspect of its character from dramatic scenery, to distinctive culture and of course, exceptional beer. The coast itself is where everything comes together: the land, the sea, and the people who have called it all home for generations. Our inspiration, since 1820, is derived from these remarkable qualities and the extraordinary people met along the way.

I never knew apple cider could taste like wet cardboard, and rotting grass! Wow! Who knew!

6 pack from the lcbo. Dark ruby pour, no head. Sift aroma of sweet malts and stale bread. Flavor was sweet and malty and a quick dry finish. Its not awful but its pretty boring. Just a malty macro ale.

Dark copper pour, tiny white head. Caramel, toffee, minerals, wet paper. Thin mouthfeel and watery. Light bitter finish with more caramel. Its decent but i cant shake the cheap macro flavor you get from the crap ingedients.

Stout!? really? This was watery, and thin with the faintest flavor of roasted malt. This is more like a watered down dark ale, with next to no flavor profile, or aroma. PASS!

wow, does this smell bad. corny, grainy, and next to no orange or citrus what so ever. The flavor is off putting, its all over the place, i can get a bit of spice but still no citrus, just awful stuff, I didn’t even finish the can.

bottle bought by my uncle from Quebec.
Well my hopes arnt high.......and well i was right to think so. Nothing fancy typical lager, nothing to write home about. pretty blah, but you know its drinkable, and for your typical macro lager fan they would enjoy this.

I wonder if the people who drink this regularily actually like beer? My god, this was limp, and thin. Next to no aroma, and next to ZERO flavour a touch of caramel malt, and thats about.......club soda with red food coloring. brutal.

A friend take this beer from his vacation in Canada. Kind of bitter taste with some fruity hints. Old paper ratings before Ratebeer, so why not rate them in hindsight.
