Hazy yellow, small off white head.
Aroma of loght nerbs, some spice, bready , yeasty malts, and crisp cereals. Active carbonation, solid mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Nice leafy hop finish with more tasy cereals.

aroma of caramel, hops, alcohol, and dried fruits, such as figs, and dates. Flavor is quite boozey, but enoyable. The hops mix well with the caramel malt flavors.

another yeasty beer from this brewery. Seems like all their beers have a distinct yeasty aroma. Lots of ripe fruit in the aroma, along with some decent crisp hops, a nice ale.

a touch of hops in the aroma, along with the same yeasty, and citrus notes. the flavour is full bodied, and still quite hoppy, a nice wit.

On tap at Brouhaha - Rosemont, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Nose is complex, with bretty funk and red wine barrels upfront, followed by moderate balsamic, and subdued Belgian yeast. Flavour is quite intense, with lots of balsamic and tannic red wine barrels front, followed by gentle brett. This seems more like a Flanders Red than anything — yeah, I'm changing the style, given that the bartender says that's exactly what they're going for here. A bit harsh, but the flavours are dynamic and complex. Very good.

On tap at Brouhaha - Rosemont, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is crisp, with vibrant crisp apple skins, rustic saison yeast, and even a champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is more complex and interesting than the regular grisette, with crisp apple skins, gentle effervescence, and rustic saison yeast. That apple works really well in here, elevating a fairly standard beer to greater heights. Very good.

On tap at Brouhaha - Rosemont, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, some hay, and toasted grains. Flavour is rustic, with a nice saison yeast expression, cereal grains and a touch of sweetness. Nothing overly complex but it's well dialled in. Good.
