A reddish burgundy sour ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, beautiful mix of raspberry jam with light cranberry, nice and pungent. In mouth, a nice tart yet refreshing beer with raspberry jam, light acidity, light cranberry juice, nice and refreshing. On tap at Mabrasserie.

A hazed blonde wit with a thin lacing frothy white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with banana esters, cloves, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, resinous hops, light mineral notes, Brett dryness. On tap at Mabrasserie.

Bottle: Poured a hazy dirty pale yellow color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry Chardonnay notes with light spicy yeast undertone is quite pleasant. Taste is a mix of rustic malt notes with dry and vinous notes, light oak and some spicy yeast undertones. Body is full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Well balanced with plenty of character and good drinkability.

Can: Poured a light yellow ale with a large pure white foamy had with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of wheat malt notes with some residual sugar notes is quite pleasant. Taste is a great mix between some wheat malt notes with some residual sugar notes and some light bubble-gum flavours. Body is light with good carbonation. Easy drinking wheat ale.
