Canette.

It’s a hazy, yellow-golden beer with a small, dense, white head. Grapefruit and a light bretty funkyness in the aroma. There’s a nice bitterness in the mouth, it’s medium to full bodied, dry and nicely carbonated, with generic citrus, some light leathery funk and a touch of mango and peach. Bitter, grapefruity finish with some funky hints. A quite lovely beer, easy drinkable and refreshing. 150611
