Sorry, not much of value going on here. A very slight nose of caramel malt. the taste is thin for an imperial brown, with caramel sweetness dominating. There is a touch of hoppiness and maybe some dark berries but there are few counterbalances to the sweetness. Can’t find the oakiness.

Definitely understated, but the advertised elements are all there. The nose is chocolate and malt. There is a thin light tan head on a black body. Taste elements include a mild oatmeal maltiness, chocolate and a touch of smoke. Certainly well balanced.

Can from the lcbo. Pours a clear copper with no head. Aroma is spicy, lots of honey and some upfront freshly ground nutmeg and cardamon. Mouth feel is thin, carb is flat. Finish is again spicy, but sweet. Standout nutmeg again with some light pepper and cardamon. This actually isn't awful, I'm quite surprised.

Bottle from the lcbo. Murky orange pour, with little to no head. The aroma is quite nice surprisingly. Some nice apple pie spices..... Cinnamon, nutmeg, some light ginger with some brown sugar and sweet apples. The body is thick the carb is flat. The finish is sweet, and borderline cloying. Sweet musty apples finish this off with more baking spices.

Hazy brown pour, with a big beige head. Very spicy aroma, loads of cinnamon, cardamon, and nutmeg. Mixed in with the spices is some bready, slightly metallic malts. Over carbonated, and actually tough to drink. Finish is slightly sour (I doubt on purpose) and incredible lyrics metallic. Loads of wet paper and low bitterness, with a bag of spices mixed in for good measure. Another Trafalgar mess.

Dark brown pour, large beige head. Aroma is wet paper, and alot of minerals and metals, with slight grassy hops. Flavour is musty, borderline moldy tasting malts. Reminds me of nasty Belgian ales made by some terrible Quebec breweries that have since disappeared. Another craptastic Trafalgar drainpour, well done! Silly sweet finish, and an odd sour finish that I doubt was deliberate. Shudder inducing.

Clear amber pour. Small white head. Aroma is very grassy, with some light pine, and some slightly toasted cereals. Mouth feel is thin, carb is very soft. Finish is medium bitter, pine resin, more grass, and some wet paper. Meh.

Hazy golden pour, small white head. Aroma is quite lemony, with oddly little ginger. Subtle earthy flavours, grass, pale malts. Finish is quite grassy, earthy pine notes and the slightest hint of ginger. It’s not great, but it is nice to have a ginger beer that doesn’t smash you over the head with ginger.

Incredibly sweet, lots of brown sugar, and molasses. Light nuttiness, with some earthy oak notes. Light bitterness with a cloying musty malt finish. Nope.

Murky pink pour, small white head. Aroma of wet paper and random berry tartness. Woody, and slightly stale. Lots of wet paper and minerals with a slightly fruity tartness. Meh.
