Bottle, thanks SHIG! Hazy golden liquid with small to medium off-white head. Aroma of grain, sweet fruit, jenka, spices and light earth. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of raw sugar, banana and raisins. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Bit too sweet.

Some light citrus and a lot of big malt backbone. Hazy amber pour with great head and lacing. Light bitter finish with some tang, some peel in finish. Not bad. Tap at Alaska Lodge at SEATAC.

Bottle poured and shared. Much thanks to Furthur for sharing this. From notes. Gotta love the beers that I am completely sold on the name alone. Pours an active carb filled golden color with a big foam head. I’ll spare all the coq jokes that came up as expected from people while enjoying this beer. Sour up front with a sweet fruit finish. Overall, pretty damn good.

Bottle gifted to Seattle from further, thanks John. Thick golden color with beautiful head. Cookie dough malt with light banana. Thicker and sweeter but not as much as expected. Doable for a big Saison but this could definitely need some more attenuating.
