Tap at the tasting room. Pours gold with a white head. Med body. It’s sort of like a tripel. Yeast, hint of banana, mild hop. But it’s more bitter than many tripels. It is very nice.

Draft: Poured a golden with white head. Aroma is nice hops. The taste seems a bit astringent hops that have loads of citrusness, like bathroom cleaner.

Draft: Poured a hazy yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma was banana and cloves. Pretty decent banana and clove with that sour wheat grain.

Bottle on the Coral Princess. Pours clear copper with a slight white head. Aroma is toffee with some arguably fruity hop. Med body. Flavor is fruity/herbal with some toffee support. It’s not terrible, but it’s not very exciting either. There’s a bright taste of hop. But the result isn’t very bitter. It’s pretty good for an amber.

Can: Poured a translucent black with carbonation bubbles, big fast dissipating head of tan. Aroma is light roast. Taste is carbonated roasted malt, light chocolate. Nothing to write home to mom about, but good drinker the same.

Growler: Poured a dark reddish brown with thin off white head. Aroma is strong malts. Taste is rich malts, very strong, tingle at the finish.
