Can sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Odi. Clear golden. Some slightly citric hops, a bit sweetish, bitter finish.

Bottle shared by Tom, thanks! Pours a clear red with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a nice deep raspberry with a bit of sweet honey underlying. Flavor has slightly sweet and tart raspberry with a bit of sweet honey supporting.

Straightforward American stout, but a damn good one. Dark chocolate and char and a little espresso lead to a roasted, strong bitterness on the finish. Nothing to complain about here.

Old-school DIPA, thick and resinous, balancing the waves of citrus and pine with a deep caramel base. Refreshingly un-juicy. Good pint.

Solid middle-of-the-road IPA, with an appealing balance of caramel malt and orange-grapefruit hops. Firm bitterness on the finish. Not bad.

Perfectly clear golden coloured body with a thinnish, pure white head that tops the beer nicely, but fades fast. Aroma of very tart and funky soured bretty and lactobilly notes with some flowers and perfume aspects, with a lot of berries noticeable and some bread and light sugar yeastie notes. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong funky yeast notes dominate with a lot of perfume and berries with some soured, bretty notes with a lot of raspberries and the funky lactobilly notes that finish this off nicely and quite lightly. Aftertaste shows the grass and floral notes with a light funky yeast quality along with a dash of berries, but the yeast of course dominates here and clearly shows the funkiness that comes through as sour, slightly doughy, a touch bready and definitely complex - especially for the light aspect of the beer. Overall, a nice and enjoyable soured beer with a lot of funky qualities, some dryness and a good crisp taste that is very easy-drinking, but still complex. I sampled this stubby, twelve ounce bottle, purchased from Brown Jug in Anchorage (Dimond Center), Alaska on 28-June-2021 for US$1,99 sampled in my hotel room here on the day before leaving this beautiful state on 01-July-2021.

Thick, black and oily with an enormous foamy dark brown head that lingered. Bitter, roasty and sooty with anise and floral hops. Long finish. Moderately full bodied and creamy.
