Tap. Pours clear reddish Amber, small off white head, good lacing. Aroma is nutty, caramel, hint of roasty smoke. Flavor is light plus sweet, very light bitterness. Medium body. Ok.

Tap. Pours clear golden, small white head, some lacing. Aroma is oaky, vinous, Brett, touch of acetone. Flavors is very light tart, light plus funk, oak tannin, hint of acetone sharpness, white wine. Dry. Medium body, soft mouthfeel.

Tap. Press clear golden, large white head, creamy, good lacing. Aroma is grassy floral, lemon, pepper. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, grassy. Light body. Not bad. Lingering bitterness

Copper. Bright citrus and pine. Sweet light cracker malt. Medium bodied bitter lingering finish. Very nice.

Bottle shared at Ratebeer awards show. 30/01/2016. .Many thanks to SHG. A light hazed yellow / straw coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is Straw, cereal grains, apricot, hints of brett. Flavour is composed of lemon, pineapple, hint of floral, straw, apricot, tangy grains. Palate is grainy, highish carbonation. decent.

750 c&c from the brewery. Pours orange gold with an off-white head. Sweet aroma which must be the birch syrup. Not maple, but a similar effect. Med + body. Flavor is very different, a non-resinous woody sort of thing. Fairly dry, not very bitter, alcohol is detectable, but overall it’s a nice drink.

Tap at the tasting room. Pours gold with a white head. Mild sour fruit aroma Near med body. Flavor is a mix of stone fruit and lemon sour. Mild sour. No burn. Yet it is sour. Delicious.

Can on the Wilderness Express to Talkeetna. Amberish pour. Aroma seems a bit citrus. Med body. Hoppy. Lightly malty. Fairly bitter. Tasty for an amber. :)
