Description
Whiplash began as a side project for Alan & Alex back in 2016. Both working in brewing already, they rented tanks at the weekend and released single batch small releases for fun from their own place of work and other friend’s breweries around Ireland. Professional beer dudes who were gypsying for fun. Things escalated and by the end of 2017 Whiplash was its very own pain in the neck with the guys going full time, brewing Whiplash beer all over Ireland and Europe. 2019 saw the two complete their microbrewery build and establish Ballyfermot, Dublin as Whiplash headquarters complete with their own custom designed brewhouse delivering small batches of big beers. Now with a home, a kit and a small crew: Whiplash are very much the Dublin brewery at the forefront of all that’s modern in Irish beer.

Can picked up from Kihoskh, Copenhagen, shared at home with the Mrs - hazy orange pour with white head and sticky lacing. Citrus fruity with some satsuma, grapefruit and lemon in there, pale malty support, medium sweet, easy going fruity hoppy finish.

Lata 44 cl en el Taxman León 10..06..2018. (r32). Lote y fcpref no copiados en fondo lata. Color amarillento turbio con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores frescos herbáceos y buena dosis de afrutados tropicales algo secos bien combinados. Ligeros especiados. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo espumoso y cierta densidad. Suave amargo final. Bastante buena para repetir.

Can @ Coracle Ironbridge. Pours hazed dark with large tan head. Nose has pine, ash, coal, grapefruit. Taste greets you with similar flavours, medium bodied and thankfully not too full on. Nice well-rounded, yet layered, CDA.
