2018 edition, 750ml bottle found in Kelowna. Modest gold body, minimal carbonation; huge acidic vinegar apple on the nose, cinnamon and clove in spades but tempered by the booze which is too intense. Flavour is nice chewy cinnamon and apple, mellow nutmeg hints, vague clove. Crisp carbonation to begin but there's a lingering cloying vinegar aftertaste that gets real old real quick. Not necessarily a bad mix, would work great in hot toddies.

Poured from the tap (listing at the cidery shows it as 6%). Clear golden orange. Apple, wildflower honey, hint of caramel notes, mild alcohol taste.

Poured from the tap. Hazy pale pink. Apple, light floral hops, touch of orange with subtle peel.

Pours semi-foggy orange with minimal foam, the aroma is deep apple skin, full and sweet, but not cloying and the alcohol isn't present. Flavour is soft cider with mellow barrel wood notes. Alcohol has a warming effect but doesn't detract in any meaningful way. Not bad but I didn't find a wow factor in this either.

Muddy pinkish body and no foam, soft sweet earthy apples and no sign of the high alcohol. Flavour is bitter apple, soft wood notes, no sign of the booze. Medium on the mouth. Not sweet at all but not sure it has a good cider vibe either from the bitterness; probably an acquired taste despite a lot of things going for it.

Okayish clear yellow body and no foam, boozy apple on the nose with a bit of sweet cheese funk. Flavour is more sweet cheesy apple. Finish is quite boozy, alcohol is front and centre. Apples taste green for sure. This stuff is an oozing disjointed mess.

The aroma is soft cheese and oil lamp wick, has clear yellow body with no foam. Flavour is soft sweet apple, alcohol is very well hidden. Mouthfeel is full and there's no boozy aftertaste. It's not bad but the main selling point seems to be the well hidden booze.

Has nice apple cinnamon sweetness on the nose, soft clear yellow body and nothing else. Flavour is sweet apple and cinnamon. Semi-crisp mouthfeel. It delivers, though is simplistic.

Smells of sweet hops and mellow apple, has soft foggy rose body with little foam. Flavour is soft rosé wine and faint tannins, citrus sweetness. Mouthfeel is reasonably crisp and okay. Not bad, a little too subdued.
