500mL bottle poured into an old school wide mouth Blvd goblet. Pours dull yellow, murky, canβt see thought it, looks dirty. Aroma has a strong spiked tart lacto character. Itβs totally clean with a bit of sweet and husky corn malt quality. Still nice. Flavor is cleaner with a spiked tart character with a faint eggy lacto. Nice sharp carbonation makes the beer very easy drinking.

Bottle. Body is a slightly hazy gold with a decent head that dies quickly and aromas that make me think of Cascade hops. Slightly lemony with a little cat pee and herbal residue. Flavor is light and crisp with that hops presence coming through nicely in the finish.

Draft @ 800Β° Three Fires. Earthy coffee, ash, and very light chocolate aroma. Black brown with a moderate creamy beige head. Bright fruity coffee, earthy/dirt, and very light chocolate flavor. LIght body, soft carbonation. Iβve been digging these lighter bodied sessionable stouts, which are nice change of pace for the summer.

One pint bottle - pours a burnished copper with some very fine suspended particles - pour has some initial fizzy carbonation, but the beer very quickly becomes nearly still - no bubbles, no head - nose is quite sweet - strong tropical fruitiness - strong bubblegum esters - strong spiciness - the beer feels nearly flat in the mouth - quite sweet - flavors of apricot, bubblegum, mildly husky grains - strong bitterness and spices arrive late, washing away the sweetness - however, the finish then becomes overly bitter and far too spicy - also feels far too slick and heavy in the mouth for the style - messy.

Dark Hazy Yellow, Huge Bubbly Head Leaves Lots Of Foamy Lacing. Grapefruit and pine aroma. Sweet, Grapefruit, orange. Bitter Pine Finish. Medium body with fizzy carbonation. Easy to drink. If Hefeweizen and IPA had a love child, this would be it. Refreshing. Loved it. Recommended.

Bottle. Ours hazy golden yellow, large white puffy head, nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, yeast, brett. Flavor the same, plus spruce. Light sweet, medium bitter, some brett funkiness, some lemon peel zestiness. Light body, a bit watery, but otherwise a pretty nice beer.
