Draft at Old Fashion my front runner for favorite spot in Madison. Dark amber pour and some head. Nose is caramel and some orange. Tatses of orange, caramel, bready, jam, fig. Medium bodied. Quite tasty.

Aromas are slightly toasty malt with a bit of toffee. Flavors aren't as good with that gluten-free profile that is unbalanced slightly tarts vinous. I can muddle through it but I wouldn't want another.

Pint can from Ridgeview Liquor, 10/5/23. Hazy yellow, large white head, average retention. Aroma of wheat, vanilla, spice, banana, orange, bubblegum, cinnamon, nutmeg. Taste is wheat, anise, nutmeg, banana, vanilla, bubblegum, spice, citrus peel. Crisp, well balanced (against my expectations). Interesting. Well done.

12oz can. Cherry sour in a port barrel, pretty cool concept. The aroma is a little unappetizing but the flavor is pretty nice. Rich, sort of odd port barrel tone, centered by the cherry juice. Comes off stronger than 6.1%. Unique, fun to try.

16oz can. Cold IPA. Big, bold, a little sweet for the style still. Most things are in line, it just isn't fully attenuated or really nailing with any crisp balance. Hops are still soft and pussified, not really familiar with making any balance. Aroma isn't really enticing. An interesting stab at the style, but doesn't nail it.

Aroma's are, in order, cereal, malt with a little cranberry. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, cranberry shows up a little more with maybe some tangerine in the background. More tart overall with a bit of sweet in there too. Some earth flavors in there. Okay buddy and carbonation. Just okay.

12oz can. Funny to brag about how much puree you use. Both the cranberry and tangerine tone is a little odd, off, perhaps just a bad mix. Drinkable, but not impressive at all.
