12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 9/5/19. Passed by this a bunch of times. Surprised to find today I haven't ticked it. Hazy red, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of wheat and mildly tart cherry. Taste is sweet cherry pie filling, wheat, something that faintly reminds me of buttered popcorn (but it's not diacetyl). Medium bodied, low carb, a hint of spiciness. Solid.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2019. Pours a hazy pale straw yellow with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has menthol and earthy tart fruit with a light wheat note backing. Flavor has a menthol and tart fruit note that conflict with some grains backing.

12oz can. Hop forward enough that it really isn't a Kolsch. More of an IPL. Not impressive either way. Some faint off undercurrents. Zesty and bright, a little bit soapy. Drinkable, but sort of missing the mark. At least they didn't call it a Session IPA.
