Pours gold from the bottle. The white head exits quickly. Aroma is full of grain and cardboard, but at least it’s a sort of „fresh“ cardboard, like a brand new box. Taste is malty sweet, a paper taste lingers on the tongue. Body is medium, carbonation is moderate, the brew has a pleasant feel in the mouth. Overall—there are a lot worse things.

Bottle sample, many thanks anstei! Pale golden color with hardly any head. Aroma is sweet, papery, buttery. Taste is sweet, papery, bready. Thick mouthfeel with low carbonation. A bit too sweet, but drinkable.

Legger meg på snittet på denne da denne tydelig er ødelagt. Fin gylden brun farve, men eller smaker og luktet det eddik.

Bottle. Pours clear poisonous yellow. Aroma is diacetyl, grains, unfermented malts, hay. Body is light and watery, strongly carbonated, only bitterness and grains. Dryish. Meh.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from 'Getränketempel', best before July 2018. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy aroma of grains and some straw. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy taste of grains and straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy and a bit metallic finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Drinkable, nothing wrong with it, just very bland.

Keg at Joe’s Beerhouse, Windhoek. It pours clear golden with a decent white head. Decent retention. The aroma is fresh, clean, fairly restrained, bit of white bread and toasty grain. The taste is crisp, clean, slightly creamy, soda water, straw, grass and a hint of spice. Finish is kind of dry. Light - medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth - feel. Clean it is, but lacks any sort of depth. No faults, just not a whole lot it. Sort of the lager version of Tesco value bitter. Palate cleanser.
