A decent, mildly sweet lager with a pleasant, wheaty finish, but nothing to write home about.

Not a bad IPA by any means. Decently hopped, but the body is a bit thin. Something about this tastes very "mass-market" for some reason. Still pretty good, though.

Updated detail: Nice orangey-grapefruity hop aroma, light hint of malt. Hazy orange-amber with small dense head. Good lacing. Virtually no malt sweetness up front. First taste is back of the mouth bitterness, followed by a mild orangey hop flavor and a touch of light malt floats around somewhere in the background. Finish is a long lingering bitterness. Palate is light with low carbonation. General impression is dominated by bracing bitterness.

Dated 2001. Chestnut colored with a thick beige head and fair carbonation. Malt and alcohol nose. I must have had this at a good temperature because I thought the flavor came through very well. Malt, caramel, chocolate and alcohol played well together. I don''t know if I would want to drink a bottle from this year considering how good this one tasted.

Very pale beige, opaque; very wheaty palate, lots of grapefruit, low phenols for the style; light body, sour, grapefruity finish. Different, and may not be to everyone''s taste, but I enjoyed its simple, citric, thirst-quenching properties.

From an otherwise disappointing brewery, I was expecting a typical clean American wheat. Whodda thunk this would be a near authentic German hefe? Spritzy clove aroma. Pale cloudy gold, small creamy dense head (almost like Guinness - a little weird on top of a hefeweizen). Nice refreshing clove flavor with light malt sweetness and a touch of banana. Dry, clean finish. A nice example, but not as complex as good German ones.

Heavy aroma of cooked peas, with a tiny hint of spicy hops. Bright yellow gold, small head. Med bitterness and a harsh pea flavor. Bleh.

I didn't realize this was a steam beer when I tried it, but now it makes sense - as this beer had a malty profile that stayed palatable after it had warmed significantly (I kinda nursed this beer, as it didn't make me want to drink it that badly). Amber color, small head. Slightly buttery, vegetal aroma. Nice clean and rich caramel sweetness.

Mild sweetish caramel/toffee aroma. Nice deep garnet color. No head, thin lacing. Smooth malty body with some finishing bitterness. Somewhat earthy . A little tart in the end. Overall, lacking body and character, or much complexity.

Middle of the road IPA. Hops were somewhat present in the aroma. Clear gold with a thin, short-lived head. Taste did seem slightly unbalanced. Hops flavor just didn't have the legs for which I was hoping. I would take the Fuller's or Sam Smith's over this if given a choice.
