750ml bottle. Poured a hazy orange, with a giant white head. Very tropical, lots of stone fruit and big yeasty esters. The brett adds a soft tartness with some subtle sweetness and more stone fruit. Full bodies, medium carb. Medium bitterness, strong sweet stone fruit and brett finish with alot of yeast. The barrel is very light, adds some biege color to the beer and hints of soft, kinda sweet earthiness.

Pale pink pour, small pink head. Light tart cherry aroma with some malted wheat. Soft carb, solid mouthfeel. Finish is more sweet than tart, and a dry low bitterness finish.

light hops, more grassy, and hay than anyuthing else. faint cooked vegetables, and some light malts. Flavor was watery and uninspiring. Meh.

O:7.11 V:5.0 G:7.5 C:4.31 G:15.3 T:39.22
