Pours lightly hazed amber brown with a thick off white head that stands firm. Chocolate notes, toffee, caramel, solid malty backbone, nice drying bitter close to take away some of the sweeter notes. Solid cask mild.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 22A adapted: alcohol free). Can 44 cl - Batch 2129 14:12 (BB: 17.09.26). AROMA: medium-high to high hop aroma (lupulin, green pine, slight passion fruit). APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and hazy. medium-low white head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: initial medium hop flavor (fresh green, pine, lupulin, slight mint). very low malt background with hints of sweetness. medium-high bitterness hiding any wort notes. finishes semi-dry and slightly bitter. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a nice low alcoholic IPA with good hop presence.

Can at home, picked up from 73 Enid Street, 17/05/2026.
Pitch black topped with a khaki head that thins to a swirl.
Nose is rich roast, toasted brown sugars, faint coffee bean, chocolate, dried fruit esters.
Taste comprises chocolate melt, molasses, dark malts, spice, brown sugars, toffee fudge, hint of coffee.
Full bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Solid sipper ... not too adjuncty but rides just a touch too sweet for my liking.

440ml can. Slightly hazed golden with a white head. Aroma of orange and grapefruit. Taste is citrusy, orange, mandarin, grapefruit, also a bit peachy and a bit of Haribo sweets. Medium-ish body.
Pretty nice APA (don't agree with the brewery saying its a hazy) but it has the sweetness of one so... yeah...
