473ml can. Pours a clear gold-amber with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Mild, sweet aroma of grainy pale malt, honey and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready pale malt, honey and grassy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Clean, easy drinking and refreshing, but a little boring.

Hazy, pale amber. Medium head. Light fruity hop nose. On the palate, this has a piney, resinous bitterness, a slightly grapefruity hop character, lean pale malts. Very drinkable. Balanced, just that little bit of malt juiciness and it’s well extracted, too. Yum.

Bright amber, medium head. On the nose, a bit sticky but it is a big beer. Slight phenols, but they are appropriate. Fruity on the palate, a mix of tropical and stone fruit. The malts are thick, the body is big. Big and sticky. Slight plastic. Alcohol coming through in the finish.

Golden, with gentle carbonation and just a slight haze. Thin head. This is a bit wonky in the fermentation too…these are obviously test beers on small kits, maybe junior brewers, too. This one’s got a bit of phenol…like smoke, electric wire, that one. Malts are sticky….so the fermentation didn’t take all that well and as such the goodness of the yeast never came through.

Slight haze, and a pale amber…darker than this style would normally be. Has a kit brew nose, and is absolute apple sauce on the palate. I mean that’s what I taste. It’s got a light sourness but yeah, this one got way away from them. It’s not bad, because apple isn’t the worst flavour in the world, but this needs a pork chop not a pint glass.

Very nice big foam on a medium gold body, stormy carbonation. Very soft citrus hop aroma, too faint. Taste is an odd meld of cloying orange, bitter pine, herbal oils. Odd aftertaste. Seems clean but this mix of flavours and textures isn't doing it for me.
