Description
On September 1998, Dieu Du Ciel! finally opens its doors, with more than 300 people in attendance. Today, Dieu Du Ciel! is engaged more than ever in the local community as the demand for its products continues to rise both at home and abroad.
In 2015, the microbrewery in St-Jerome increased capacity from 9000 to 13000 hectoliters annually, in an effort to better satisfy a growing band of faithful converts.

Light gold, rather bright for a wit, malt-accented, clean pale and maybe a bit doughy. Spices - mostly coriander - are understated. Decent, maybe a bit shy.

Very well balanced. Great smokey flavours, chewy malt. Very long finish. So smooth you'd swear it was a lager, but it is top fermented.

Amber malts, touches of hemp; dry character and lots of crystal malt; crisp bitterness underneath. Good balance and more hemp than most of this type.
