On September 1998, Dieu Du Ciel! finally opens its doors, with more than 300 people in attendance. Today, Dieu Du Ciel! is engaged more than ever in the local community as the demand for its products continues to rise both at home and abroad.
In 2015, the microbrewery in St-Jerome increased capacity from 9000 to 13000 hectoliters annually, in an effort to better satisfy a growing band of faithful converts.

Des accents caramélisés et chocolatés, des notes de biscuit, d’assez forts tons de Whisky, du café et de la vanille, font foi d’un ensemble olfactif puissant et complexe.
Une petite mousse de couleur moka se dépose sur le liquide noir et opaque.
Des saveurs de café fort, chocolatées et enrobées de whisky, juste assez pour assurer un équilibre entre le barriqué et la bière de base.
Un boisé bien présent, du fudge, de la vanille, de subtils pruneaux complètent une palette gustative très élaborée.
Des houblons épicés complètent le tableau dans une amertume moyennement torréfiée.
Une bière de classe mondiale !

Personnaly, I had a great moment with this beer. A perfect stout with notes of aromas at the beginning, more dry with coffee after, 10.06.18, at the Mercure hotel gare de Lyon, Paris

Bottle. A lightly funky one, fruity and lightly citrusy, with some piney hints. Orange zest, some grapefruit. Oak hints, nice bitterness. Quite vinous. Tannins. Nice indeed, but perhaps a bit edgy. Like it anyway. 747416 260328

Bottle 500ml @ home. Pours deep golden with an off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, brett, oak, vinous, orange zest. Taste is light sweet and medium to heavy bitter with a long dry, brett, oak, orange zest, vinous finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
