Description

Bottle Bready, spicy, a bit vinegary aroma. Murky red brown, low head. Estery, fruity (banana, pears), somewhat harsh wooden notes. Lightbodied. Sticky rye bread aftertaste. Edgy, and not entirely harmonic dunkel-weisse.

Sampled at Fässla Unimpressive aroma, or at least it did not register over the cigarette smoke. Pale cloudy yellow, creamy white head Mapkin malt, almost no banana but light lemony notes, (somehow this does not fit a german hefe). Herbal flavors retronasal. Lightish body. Watered down hefeweizen.

Sampled from tap at Fässla. Low level pils aroma, but mostly malt as in a Helles. Pale golden low carbonation, low white creamy head. Malty base, a bit papery cookie malt, and light bitterhop aftertaste. Medium body. Aceptable fresh, average pils otherwise.

Hazy accajou-brown; light-brown head, huge, slowly collapsing. Banana, cloves, dark but sweet chocolate, wood in the nose. Mild-sweet taste, again soft wood, maybe some liquorice, banana, softdrink. Warming up, some spicey, fruity flavours again. Fine sparkling carbonation, not at all fizzy. Light mouthfeel, some wheat-acidity. Nice soft Weizen, but there is better in this style.

Aromahop nose. Oakbrowm, heavily carbonated, but head dissipates fast. Nut and slightly burned malt tastenotes, nicely balanced with hops. Too light body. Nice though.

Delicious maltiness, a bit doughlike, fruity components too. Everything underlined with nice hops. Dark red amber, nice creamy head. Fruit, hops and funky malts and a delicious bitterhop finish plus. Nice body, refreshing slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Yum, I liked this one obviously.
