Bottle at ChrisOs ’Blue Ridge Mountains Of Virginia’ tasting. Gold, haze, thin beige head. OK grassy hop. Pretty good drinking beer. Good grassyness. But a little dull.

22nd May 2010. ChrisOs ’Blue Ridge Mountains Of Virginia’ tasting! Hazy gold beer, little frothy white head. Lagerish malt, soft and dry. Then a little hoppy fruit including bitter grapefruit. Finishes dry.

Bottle 22fl.oz. @ chrisos Back In The UK Tasting. [ As Berkshire Mountain ESB ].Light unclear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, vegetable notes, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100522]

Oh boy, this one was like eating a batch of Grandma’s home-baked biscuits. So very...bready. And yeasty. Poured a nice, slightly cloudy golden color. Bready nose, very little head. A pretty tasty brew on the whole.

22ozbottle@Joe’s NYC Gathering–pours a foamy to rocky offwhite head with amber color. Aroma is medium malt-caramel/honey. Taste is medium malt-caramel/honey, some spicy (continental?)/perfumy hops. OK/mild carbonation.
