No idea what style this is supposed to be as the info on the bottle is very limited, but taste wise I'd say a dark sour. Pours almost black, little head. Aroma is dark, sour cherries, almonds, vegetable note. Medium body. Flavour is acidic, somewhat savoury, dark, loads of sour cherry, some almond. No chilli really, but nice dark sour profile. A bit odd with the savoury note but in all rather enjoyable. Also did not get the barrel note.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark gold with a reddish hue. Small head. Aroma is malt, pine, resin, grapefruit. Medium body. Flavour is malty, medium sweetness, very bitter with lots of pine and herbal hops. Grapefruit and lemon. Nice west coast IPA.

dark brown colour, medium sized creamy beige head; aroma and taste of dark chocolate, burnt plum jam, roasted sunflower seeds, (over-)toasted rye bread and slight coffee; quite good stout

Bottle delivered from La Bierotheque, Toulouse and drunk at home. Purplish-pink and clear with a light pinkish-white head. Balsamic vinegar on the nose with sharp underripe berries and light notes of ruby chocolate. Taste is extremely aour, almost unbearably so, but it's cut by the herbal sweetness of the sage. The sage stays prominent mid-sip, then sinks again amidst the tart character. Long finish with sour cranberry and red grape in the aftertaste. Impressive.

extremely hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized dense and stable white head; aroma of woody, barnyar, lemony, slight acetone and fruity notes; taste or acetic and citric acidy sourness, slight acetone, tannines, tart, and hoppy-medical bittery notes; good one!

Many Thanks for this Winter beer to CH-303. My version was 6,5% ABV. Bottle. Piana spora, srednio trwala, barwy jasno bezowej. Barwa brazowa z lekkim refleksem czerwieni na dnie kieliszka degustacyjnego. Pachnie swiatecznymi pralinami obficie oblanymi czekolada, w smaku rodzynki, sliwka w czekoladzie, daktyle ciut kawy i kwaskowego wykonczenia. Fajne smaczne i umiejetnie zbalansowane.

Bottle, danke Stefan! Darkest brown, thick golden brown creamy head. Light berry tartness, chocolate roast nose. Medium light body, dry foamy mouthfeel. Berrylike coffee, delicate chocolate, dry roasted edge in the finish. Orangepeel and pine retronasal. Very drinkable winter warmer.

Bottle, danke Stefan! Hazy deep light hazy amber, huge golden lacing foam. Flowery fruity hop aroma. Medium light foamy mouthfeel, sparkly dry, light minerals on the palate, chewy grain, dry caramel, candied orangepeel, lychee, pleasant perfume. Really good classic stuff!
