Corked bottle from bierkompass.de. Pale blonde, cloudy. Grapes and a hint of lemon in the aroma. Oak, vanilla, muscat grapesand lemon in the flavor. Hint os plums. A discrete sourness. Absolutely likeable beer, like a young lambic with a lot of plums and grape juice.

tasted next to the IPA, bottle @ home. Orange color, hazy. vanilla, oak and melon in the aroma. Very fruity flavor with yoghurt, pineapple, melon. Soft oaky notes, toffee. Vanilla. Tart, with way less hopbitterness as the unoaked version.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Malt, appel syrup and a hint of chocolate in the aroma. Malty sweetish flavor with pure chocolate, roast and hazelnuts. Roastbitter aftertaste. Pleasant, well balanced brew.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Almost opague. Espresso, roast and apple syrup in the aroma. Sweet tart flavor with apple syrup, chichory, peach. Coffee finish. Slight infection coming up??

Bottle from my Euro Santa, much appreciated, because this is a very good beer. Murky dark brown color. Aprocot, confit cherry and toffee in the aroma. Caramelly, moderately sour citric flavor with apricots. Nice oud bruin, fairly complex, some rest sweetness.

Bottle, thanks Anstei, thanks! Almost black with a red haze. Cherry, caramel and vinous notes in the aroma. Sour flavor. Cherries, caramel, oak. Red fruit. Some rest sweetness but the sour notes dominate.

Eine Kooperation mit der französischsprachigen schweizer Brauerei und dem bekanntem Schweizer Gertänkehändler. Ich bin kein großer Freund von NE IPAs, aber dieses finde ich nicht übel. Es hat die klassische, recht harte Bitterkeit, wird aber etwas abgefangen von einer Zwickel-artigen Hefigkeit. Es ist wohl süffig, da die Aromen ganz gut harmonieren. Es mag keine Meisterleistung sein, aber doch ein gutes Bier, das sicher seine Freunde finden wird, auch wenn es sich meiner Meinung noch unfertig anfühlt.

Bottle at Craig's. Pours deep reddish brown, nose is cherry, toffee, chocolate, taste is quite tart, sharp, juicy cherry, roasted.

0.33l bottle, ABV 5.0%; hazy yellow colour, large, dense (off-)white head; aroma of apricot, grape, citruses with hints of mint (like a lemonade with mint leaves), and slight grainy-bready notes; taste of bitter orange, grape(seeds), slight apricot, and quite intensive hoppyness; well, I'm quite sure that it is not a kölsch, but anyway, it is really enjoyable
