Keyaki. Aroma is caramel, apples, caramel apples, hehe. Taste is similar, sweet, caramel, bit thin bodied but maybe my favourite of the set.

Keyaki. Aroma is spicy, clove, banana, wheat. Taste is alright, light bodied, lots of banana, wheaty finish. Hmmm

Tap at Server Land. Strange. Fruity, sweet and musky. Almost something Belgian about it. Caramel too. Sweet. Quite unusual and good to drink but I'm confused. --- Beer merged from original tick of Pale Ale on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:05 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8. Tap at BeerFes Osaka 2018. Made with all locally-grown barley. Not sure who malts it. Oily, sweet, rather simple. Unconvincing but not exactly horrible.

opalescent golden to orange colour, moderate sized creamy yellowish white head; aroma of bread, some marmalade and floral notes; taste is dominated by bittering hops - the aroma hops and malts completely hide in the background, unfortunately

Tap at Ichi-ya. It was a slightly opaque gold with a thick head and a mild aroma of fresh yuzu. The taste is pithy yuzu citrus with mild pale malt character. It was much more beer like than the Ushitora Sour Natsumikan. Surprisingly good, probably the best I've had from this brewery.

Tap at CBM Osaka. Deep orange, slightly hazy, fine high head. Nose is orange, lemon, some caramel and resins, touch of butter. Sweet and somewhat cloying, with pine, caramel, toffee. Very resiny and old school, creamy and heavy. Not terrible, but more like 1994 and with a very bitter finish.

On tap at Popeye’s. Pours a dark near total black color with a medium beige head. A nice light roast nose. Dry, roasty, vanilla, some ashy dark malts. Very nice. Smooth. Flavorful.

Tap at Osaka Beer Fes 2017. Huge, sweet mandarin orange nose and flavor. Very sweet flavor, tons of orange, light tartness. Ok, but a bit too much with the oranges. 6/3/6/3/13
