12 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear pale yellow with no head. Nice ginger aroma, light body, no carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is ginger and some floral.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours light orange with a white head. Aroma is lemon and sour malt. Taste is rather sour with some sweetness in there as well. Nice bits of lemon. Not too much aftertaste, but sufficient puckering still happens.

Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a hazy golden color with a medium sized creamy white head that left great lacing. The aroma was tart, tangy, a bit citric and fairly lactic. The flavor was tart, lactic, citric and had a bit of yogurt. Medium length tart and lactic finish. Medium body. Quite refreshing.

Refrigerated 12oz. Brown bottle poured into a glass. Black with very small light brown head. Aroma is milk chocolate, medium body, lower carbonation, and little small bubble lacing. Taste is milk chocolate. Back to back with Terrapin Liquid Bliss, I prefer Liquid Bliss.

Bottle: Very dark brown with a small tan head. Chocolate fudge, cocoa, vanilla aroma. Sweet chocolate malt, vanilla flavour. Very tasty...though it comes across with BIG powdered chocolate attitude... A little artificial, but pretty good, anyway.

@ bocktown 8AM PCBW 2015 kegs & eggs. Mild BO aroma. First taste is fer sure IPA. May I rant? Why do we want to make a lager that tastes like an IPA? Go figger. They’re ruining a style if you ask me, JMHO. If you want IPA, do IPA. Terribly on style for an IPA. Dude. WTF

Bottle: Pours deep brown, clear and red backlit... Small, off-white head. Chocolate, grainy aroma. Taste is slightly roasty...chocolate malt, dark caramel. Mild....has a nice rich taste and body for the low weight.

Bottle. Chocolate malt and hay aroma. Dark chestnut brown with moderate head. Sweet chocolate toffee and roasted barley malt flavor. Good body. Very nice.

12 ounce bottle. Hazy Amber orange color. Thick creamy beige head. Clinging lace. No aroma at all. Bittersweet toasted malt flavor. Doughy malt mixed with resiny hops. Not that good. Out of balance.
