Fully opaque yellow beer, fast gone head. Gingerbread indeed, quite fresh aroma as citrusleaf. Combination of citrusleaf, ginger, sweet spices, allspice, speculoos herbs. Light MF, good attenuation. Unexpectedly fresh - a very laudable idea for all the X-mas spicemongers.

Can. Comptoir Belge, Brussels Hazy yellow gold. Slim sticky white foam. Nose has oats. Weed. A usual mushroom thing going on. Not sure what that’s about. Bit of a cardboard thing too. Taste is pretty sweet and oaty. Some fusty citrus bitterness. Not as good as expected tbh.

Bottle shared by TdeRoeck. Clear pale golden color, small white head. Aroma is lightly malts, peppery, herbal / spices. Flavor is similar, mostly underlying grainy malty, hayish grainy bitter with a distant slight fruity note. Hmm okay.

Clear dark blond to light orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, a bit oxidized, honey, banana, a bit chemical, some fusel alcohols, a bit weird. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of honey, a little bitter, sweet, sugary, alcohol, ripe fruits. Aftertaste: sweet and sugary, alcohol, yeast, a bit spicy, oxidized, more honey, ripe banana, malty finish.
