Tap at BXL festival. Clear dark pink with small off white head. Lots of raspberries, red berries, soft hat and minerals, touch of dough. Under medium sour and light bitter. Light bodied. Nice.

Tap at BXL festival. Almost clear light golden with white head. Flowery, soft spicy saison yeast, grassy, dank weeds, soft dry malts. Light sweet and medium bitter. Just medium bodied with dry finish.

7 3 7 3 14 Draft at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels ’17. Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of green weedy hops, citrus, light fruits and grain. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

A reddish burgundy ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity raspberry jam with light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity raspberry jam with light acidity, light mineral notes, light acidity, refreshing and smooth. On tap at pit caribou Montreal.

Le breuvage était extrêmement malté et sans effervescence. C’est un style vraiment étrange à découvrir, mais aucunement déplaisant pour autant. En bouche, les céréales caramélisées, la muscade et le raisin dominaient.

Reçue en cadeau... C’est un délice. La noix de coco, la vanille et une certaine astringence s’harmonisent à merveille. C’est saisissant comme bière mais c’est très bien fait et délicieux. L’arrière-goût rappelle un mix de Blanche et de Saison.

Bottled at Ottawa gathering. Hazy amber, small head. Bready orange aroma. Mid sweet with medium-full body and soft mouthfeel. Woody and caramelly with orange and slight minerals. Soft caramelly bread. Light husky bitterness. Interesting and harmonious.

A golden amber Voss ol, with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of dark fruits, light mineral notes, light rye notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light maple, light rye, treacle, light butterscotch, very nice and. Bottle at Per’s Almost gone tasting, March 2017.

Belle bouteille qui se laisse toutefois désirer puisque la cire empêche une décapsulation facile... Le parfum qu’elle dégage est composé de miel, de céréales sucrées et de poivre. C’est onctueux en bouche et plutôt riche pour le style. L’alcool est imperceptible. C’est très bon et bien fait. Le poivre n’est pas utilisé à outrance. J’en veux encore...
01-04-2018... Flat, florale, terne en bouche et au visuel, poivre doux; était un peu meilleure fraîche. 7/3/8/4/15=3.8/5.0

En cruchon de 1L... Le nez est fait de céréales, d’abricots et de citron. En bouche, c’est un peu râpeux au début. C’est boisé, poivré et un peu citronné. L’amertume finale n’est pas bien agréable. Le côté "Session" est bien maîtrisé.
