Clear pale yellow beer, creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: honey, floral, bit weird, spicy touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, bit sugary, fruity, malty. Aftertaste: hoppy, bit fruity, ripe banana, bit sweet and sugary, malty finish.

Clear deep bright red beer, small creamy pink head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, very funky, lots and lots of raspberries, jam, lovely smell! MF: livley carbon, medium body. Taste: bit watery start, slightly fruity, little sourish, funky notes. Aftertaste: little bitter, raspberries, bit watery though.

Clear pale yellowish beer, big creamy solid white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, bit fruity, barn yard. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots of grains, very malty, hay, cow fodder, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: bit metallic, grains, hay, soft bitterness, half decent. I guess it's always dangerous bringing a specific national style to it's home country as a foreign brewer. This one has more German characteristics than Belgian ones though.

@ BXL Beer Fest. Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Citrussy, yeasty (typical saison yeast), spice (coriander) light tartness. Good and easy drinkable saison.
