Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy irregular beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: nice roast, lots of cocoa powder, some coffee, alcohol, cookie spices. MF: soft to no carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, nice roast, bit spicy, chocolate, soft acidity. Aftertaste: roasted, dark chocolate, bit sweet, malty, some caramel, nice!

Ambar anaranjada. Espuma decente.

Minutos. Aroma a lúpulos, notas cítricas y resinosas. En boca agradable base malteada, y predominio claro de los lúpulos, manteniendo tono resinoso, pero ahora más frutal, con uvas y pomelo, especialmente en el postgusto. Amargor notable en todo momento. Buenas IPA.

Bottle at The Situation, Las Palmad. It pours hazy reddish - purple with a decent off-white head. The aroma is earthy, woody, rather jammy on the fruit front, vanilla, fruit pie, vinous, marzipan and cake. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, tart, vinous, tangy fruits, plum skin, grape skin, acidity kick, spice, straw, granny smith apple, sherbet, touch of jam and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Found this rather enjoyable. Best sour I had on my trip for sure. Interesting and very drinkable stuff.

Bottle at The Situation, Las Palmas. It pours lightly hazy red with a small white head which quickly dissipates. The aroma is fresh, sweet, ripe cherry vibes, tangy, wood, jammy, earthy, lactic, vinous, cherry drops and cherry pie. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangy cherry, cherrade, oaky, oiliness, earth, touch of red wine vinegar, musty, leather, tannin and fruit pie with a drying and woody finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Pretty enjoyable overall, although the taste doesn't live up to the aroma. Nice.
