2024/2025 vintage. 7% ABV. 750 ml bottle. Pours a dull amber with moderate head. Aromas of Brett, pithy citrus, apricots and wheaty malts. Flavors of tart white grapes, Brett, melons, citrus and wheaty malts. The sharpness with Brett in background really makes this beer. Very good.

Poured from the tap @ Strange Fellows. Lightly hazed yellow gold with small white head. Dry saison yeast with just some mild spelt quality, quite peppery with very feint tangy hops and wild yeast expression. Okay.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has spicy saison yeast, plenty of husky grains from the spelt, a touch of funk, and light tanginess. Flavour has plenty of tangy hops, a bunch of mixed bugs, and light spiciness from the spelt. A bit husky from the spelt but the tanginess from the Nelson offsets this a bit. Good stuff.

On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy dull gold with a white head. Saison yeast, NZ hops, and some phenols on the nose. The yeast has some nastier bandaid phenols on that palate that muck it up. There is some tangy hop expression, but it's dominated by the phenols. Good carbonation. Great concept, less great execution.

473 ml can. Pours gold with moderate head. Aromas of pine, spicy resin, non descriptive fruit, and soft toasty malts. Flavors follow same with emphasis on pine. Bitter finish. Nice enough.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice tropical melony expression from the Mosaic, maybe a touch of allium, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, lightly tropical, and gently fruity, with a nice vibrant hop expresion from the Mosaic, no real notice of the Citra, and a crisp biscuity malt base. Nicely hopped, good structure, well-balanced. Very good.

Hazy and dullish amber. Medium head. Has a mild nelson aroma, and on the palate about the same. It comes across mild (well, after that Slow Hand one, definitely). But it's also on the yeasty side. Moderate bitterness. I think the yeastiness is not working for me but I this is a rare time trying one of these in a can; usually I'm having it at the brewery.

750mL bottle. Pours clear pale gold with a small white head. Wild yeast, white wine, oak, and apple skins on the nose. Flavour has a very mellow wild yeast and oak character, a touch apple skins. This is very nice, a well-executed wild ale.

473mL can. Pours opaque dull yellow with a white head. Juicy stonefruit and tangy berries on the nose. Flavour has a very nice profile, tangy berries, juicy stonefruit, and white wine emphasized on the finish. The Nelson contributed very nicely, though it wasn't as clean as I was hoping. Still quite nice, especially for a hazy.
