"With lemongrass and pandanleaf." Hazy yellow appearance. Aroma is very aromatic and citrusy. Flavour is sharp and fresh with some lemongrass coming through. Balanced well by a light sticky sweetness.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Hazy red brown color, medium sized beige to slightly brown head. Aroma is malts, slightly roasty, caramel, a hint of dark fruits. Taste malts, caramel, slightly roasty, pretty bitter. Too much carbonation imo, really gets in the way of the flavors. Or maybe it’s just me...

Tap @ BBF14, Oirschot. Hazy yellow to orange colour with a medium sized, creamy white head. Smells mint, fruity, fresh, hoppy, nice. Tastes mint, slightly sour but with a sweet aftertaste, bitter, fruity, hops, slightly grassy. Pretty nice. I’m glad I can’t notice the pepper. Thin to medium body, pretty soft carbo.

Draught @ Oirschots Bierfestival. Hazy opaque yellow color, medium to full sized off-white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is a bit spicy and yeasty. Taste lightly malts, orangepeel, yeast, citrus, lightly chilipeppers coming through. Decent body and carbonation. Nice and refreshing.

Tap @ Van Moll. Hazy yellow to orange colour with a small white head. Smells fresh, fruity, lemongrass. Tastes fresh, bitter, fruity, hoppy, lemongrass.. Reminds me of oersoep. Thin to medium body, nice fizzy carbo.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Opaque hazy pale yellow color, decent sized white head that leaves fair lacing. Aroma is lemongrass, lightly yeasty, fresh. Taste is incredibly fresh, lemongrass, a slight sourish hint, slightly herbs. Superb suitable body and carbonation. Impressive!

Black with thin head. Aroma is a bit savoury perhaps with a bit of mushroom. Fresh, tangy taste. A bit yeasty.

Hazy copper colour. Aroma of caramel, hop and yeast. Initially thick and caramelly. Then fruity hops. Finish has a yeasty tang.
