Bottle at home shared with Laura. Opaque dark brown color, off-white head. Smell and taste malts, firm roast, some liquor. Lingering roast bitters. Roast dominates a bit too much imo. Roasty liquors a bit over the top. Hmm not a huge fan tbh.

330ml bottle. Hazy, darkest brwon colour with slightly late awakening, huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Minimally soggy, slightly zesty, citrusy fruity, hoppy and chocolately, dark malty aroma, hints of orange, orange peel, mandarine, a touch of grapefruit, some chocolate, dark chocolate, sour wheat. Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately malty, tart-ish and zesty, citrusy fruity hoppy, hints of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, orange, orange peel, mandarine, a touch of sour wheat, lemon juice, lemon kernels and lime; lingering finish with some zesty bitterness. Slightly creamy texture with a thin acidic strand, smooth and soft, minimally astringent palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. I'm not sure if the tartness is intentional; for me it feels rather like infection and reduces the pleasure - bummer!

33cl can. A hazy light orange golden beer with a off-white head. Aroma of juicy hops, stone fruits, some grapefruit. Taste of yellow fruits, stone fruits, citra, yeast. Moderate bitterness.

Can picked up from Foeders online webshop, Haarlem, Netherlands and consumed at home Sunday 12th March 2023 listening to Banco De Gaia - Last Train to Lhasa, it's throwback Sunday. We had Meatballs with Fregola and Feta. Pours black with a large cappuccino coloured head. Plenty of roasted malts on the aroma, also some fruity touches, citrus maybe as well detected. Nice bitterness but also a little bit of sweetness, very nice balance, good carbonation. This is a very good BIPA.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Opaque black color, beige to mocha colored head. Aroma and flavor are malts, something weird I can't put my finger on, liquor, quite some malt bitterness in the finish. Hmm not bad.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Kulenborgse Bierhandel. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Yeasty spicy aroma with oak and vanilla. Sweet taste with a sweet vinous and bourbon finish. Complex and satisfying
