Can golden amber white head. Aroma of grapefruit toasty grainy crackers, some tropical fruit. Light bodied, pretty fizzy. A little sweet with plainish malt - perhaps just a toasty edge. Citrus and a little resin then firm peppery bitterness. Straightforward and good.

This sort of beer is dumb of course, particularly packaged. But Wooden Leg was really good so... Canned 9 Sept. Clear amber with a large just off-white head. Big but not all that raucous aroma of tropical fruit - mainly mango, some lychee and feijoa - kumquats, light breadcrust. Hints of pine, menthol and booze. Nods at syrupy. Tastes much as it smells. Not massively sweet. Really quite smooth with just a slight harshness creeping in at the fairly bitter end. It's good but for me just pushes beyond completely pleasant at the end.

From a 375m l can on 26/9/2020 (shared by Butz with thanks). Pours a clearish deep golden with a small to medium head. The nose is boozy, with some fruit (curiously apple), resin and metallic notes. Starts out really sweet, with lots of caramel malt and citrus fruit, which is met by a strong, lingering, very resiny bitterness. The mouthfeel is rich and syrupy, the carbonation moderate. A passable big sipper, but a bit agricultural and lacking in definition. Happy to have tried but would not revisit.

Pours amber with a large lasting white head.Nose shows mango, lychee, guava, passionfruit, peach, apricot, clean malt, and a petrol-like booze note.Flavours include dill and custard, very Sorachi Ace-esque. Some sweet clean malt behind that. Not much else going on.The disparity between the aroma and flavours is mind-blowing.Carbonation is crazy high.

Can, about 10 days old I think. Almost clear amber with a cream head that fades to a cm or so and never disappears. Aroma is suggestive rather than vibrant - grapefruit, pine, bread crust. Full bodied with enough carbonation to prevent it from being syrupy. Fairly sweet with resin, bitterness and only a little booze to keep the sweetness in check. A deep - almost majestic - breath of citrus runs though it - grapefruit, kumquats, oranges. Impressive.

Can for #ratebeersupertasters. Slightly cloudy gold. Pine and citrus nose. Nice and bitter, with resin to the fore. It works for me.

Can, brought by Fil to Czechia. Hazy golden body, whti head. Orange notes, tropical, prickly pear on a malty background in the aroma. Sweetish okay taste, fruity hoppiness, prickly pear?, good maltiness... Quite okay but didn't rock my world.

On tap at Beer DeLuxe, Melbourne. Dark golden/amber with a small white head. Aroma of hops, pine, grapefruit and light malt. The same in the taste. The finish was quite bitter.

375ml can into schooner glass. Pours a golden amber with a foamy head. Slight haze, light carbonation. Sweet malt and fruit aroma. Good lacing. Luscious smooth body. Resin bitterness dominates the finish. 6.8% not noticeable. Really easy drinking. It's nice!
